Majid M. Zarrinkelk, CPA, CGMA
Majid is a distinguished Tax and Advisory Services Partner with over 45 years of experience in audit, tax, consulting, and advisory services. With 40 years in public accounting, Majid’s career is marked by his deep expertise and significant contributions to the profession. He began his career with KPMG, where he honed his audit skills over a seven-year tenure. In 1988, Majid founded Zarrinkelk, Kashefipour & Co., demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to serving his community. This venture eventually led to his association with White Nelson Diehl Evens LLP in 2017, and later, CliftonLarsonAllen, following their acquisition of the firm in 2020.
Majid’s experience is not only vast but also uniquely distinguished by his involvement in high-profile tax controversies. He has testified at the World Court in The Hague and has appeared before the U.S. Tax Court in Los Angeles and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, providing expert witness testimony in some of Southern California’s largest tax disputes. His proficiency in navigating complex tax matters has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, real estate partnerships, and businesses in the professional services, manufacturing, and retail sectors.
Beyond his professional achievements, Majid is deeply committed to community service. He has served as Treasurer and Board Member of the Iranian American Scholarship Fund, founded the Persian American Society of CPAs, and held leadership roles with the California Society of CPAs. Majid is also the Founder and Executive Director of the Kelk Zarrin Foundation, reflecting his passion for philanthropy.
Majid holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation and earned his CPA designation in 1987.
Yasmin Zarrinkelk, CPA
Yasmin is an accomplished CPA with extensive experience in serving ultra-high net worth (UHNW) families since 2009. She began her career at Ernst & Young LLP in 2009, where she managed complex tax projects for major clients, specializing in tax compliance, planning strategies, and regulatory reporting for multinational corporations and high-net-worth individuals.
Earlier in her career, Yasmin further developed her tax expertise as Senior Tax Accountant at Intertek and Legend Natural Gas, LLC, where she focused on corporate tax compliance and financial reporting. She later advanced to Tax Supervisor at Linn Thurber, LLP, where she coordinated a team of tax professionals, reviewed complex tax returns, and provided strategic tax planning for high-net-worth clients.
Yasmin held leadership roles at Atlantic Principal Advisors, LLC, where she acted as the sole U.S. advisor and liaison for foreign trusts of UHNW families. Her responsibilities also included preparing FBAR information, facilitating tax and investment-related filings, and supervising the preparation of financial statements for numerous foreign trusts and entities.
Later she served as a Senior Relationship Officer and Vice President at Sentinel Trust Company, LBA, a boutique family office in Houston, TX, specializing in personalized financial services. In this role, Yasmin was the primary point of contact for her clients, managing relationships with individuals and their advisory teams to support their financial and lifestyle needs. She led the delivery of tax planning, investments, retirement planning, fiduciary, administrative, and family office services for clients with collective assets exceeding \$500 million.

Yasmin holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Houston. She is licensed to practice both in CA and TX.
